• BIO

•Develop, optimize, and validate ddPCR assays for clinical biomarker applications.
•Perform RNA extraction from human and animal tissues and fluids with high-quality yield and integrity.
•Execute immunoassay and protein methods including ELISA, Western blotting, and immunoprecipitation.
•Apply principles of method validation, quantitative analysis, and reproducibility.
•Perform serial dilutions and other core molecular biology techniques with precision.
•Document experimental methods, results, and data analysis in a detailed, timely, and organized manner.
•Troubleshoot and optimize assays to ensure robustness and reproducibility.
•Work collaboratively across functional teams to support translational research and preclinical drug development.
•Present findings clearly to colleagues and leadership.

• BIO

•Maintain cell lines (hiPSCs/HEK/Glia cell) with sterile techniques.

•Perform biochemistry/molecular biology techniques, including molecular cloning, gene expression analysis (e.g. RT-qPCR, RNAseq), flow cytometry, Western blot and ELISA, and cell-based assays (e.g. viability, apoptosis, imaging, etc).

•Support and collaborate with scientists, labs, vendors, and industry experts to ensure the completion of tasks/projects.

•Gather, organize, and analyze technical information for research study design, publications, and submissions as needed.

•Initiate scientific documents for research, including study reports, protocols, and other related documents.
